Position: Café Manager

Duties and responsibilities are:

Hire and train new employees

Manage the team

Create and update menu

Ensure compliance with food safety codes and cleanliness requirements

Assist team with serving, preparing food

Order goods from vendors and manage inventory

In charge of advertising, marketing on social media

Maintain restaurant’s website including webpages copy and graphic design

Responsible for bookkeeping and maintaining business records

6-day in person shift (Monday – Saturday)

Supervise employees

 

Requirements:

Education: High School degree

Experience: 1 year in Management or Leadership position in customer service

Skills: Knowledge of Quickbooks, Excellent customer service skills,

Able to handle difficult customers, Able to stand for extended periods of time
